Panning an image all the way to the left produces glitch

If i zoom in on an image (a big one) and pan to the left then it shows the wrong part of the image.

Look at this example.

The screen is correctly showing the part of the picture that i've zoomed in at.

But look what happens when i pan all the way to the left. The screen shows a wrong part of the image. This only seems to be an issue on highres images.

nope, no other scaling than what happens when i zoom further than 200%
It happens on all images where your zoom window is smaller than the width of the entire image.

I got the font at 100%, but the "change size of apps and text on display" is set to 125%.
Changing it to 100% doesn't fix the issue.

Yep, the problem persists even when setting is set to 100% and XnView is restarted

I can confirm but if you restart XnView after changing setting, it works correctly

It doesn't for me. I set "size of text, apps, and other items" to 100%, then closed everything, restarted my PC, opened up XnView, and the problem is still there.

What do you mean? It's not normal, it's broken. Everytime i pan all the way to the left, the image shows a bit of the right side of the image.

Here is an album with my settings: https://imgur.com/a/SMxBHKr
