Windows11 64bit (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

app crash fitting large images
To reproduce:
Join test images with the following settings -
app will crash
- settings.png (6.41 KiB) Viewed 1189 times

I can confirm your program crash.
The problem of the joining process is the large yellow line picture with extreme big size (1000 x 20.000 pixels)!
All the other files are much smaller (100 pixel height). If you resize the yellow picture to a smaller size (e.g. 10.000 pixels height),
the joining will work perfectly.
Maybe it is a workaround for your problem.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 1.5.0 beta. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

fixed in 1.5.0
it takes few minutes to join into huge pic 401000x20000x24, but cannot save it - app creates 0size file and shows error message.
