Scroll speed/offset for cursor keys

It seems the classic version had support to adjust the scrolling offset for the cursor keys. This is something I'd very much like to have (the current offset is set way too low in my opinion.)

+1 from me.

And / or using shift as modifier for fast scrolling is a suggestion that suits this feature well.

you would like to scroll more thumbnail lines in a single key press?

maybe Shift+scroll - 'page' size scroll (the size of visible thumbnail lines)

For me personally it's about scrolling in zoomed images.

I checked it.
Scrolling a zoomed picture with Shift + Arrow is now working and considerably faster than just using Arrow.
Works as expected.
Thank you!

Hi!
I have another suggestion for improvement.
If you scroll with the arrow and THEN press shift, it should accelerate/switch to fast scrolling instead of stop.
If you press shift first and then arrow, it works.

Maybe that positively affects the handling of other combined shortcuts as well?
Greetings,
Hanswurst

modifier keys should always be pressed before the regular keys
