few inconveniencies working with child/parent items:
- no context menu on empty space (below last item)
- not possible to drag subcategory to root level (possible only via Context menu>Edit)

Suggestion

• allow drag to root level
  to quickly change hierarchy

• allow context menu for empty space (space below last item)
  should show only single item - "New category"
