Browser - category sets
pane min width depends on longest item in Layout combobox
to reproduce
1. save Layout with any long name, eg 'loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong name'
2. reopen Browser tab
pane width will change to the longest item in Layout combobox
3. try to decrease pane width
it is not possible to reduce width of the pane
ps. same issue with Window combobox in Capture dialog
