1.5.0 - compare - few issues

XnViewMP 1.5.0b3 64bit
Windows11 (22H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%


Compare


To reproduce:
1. run clean portable XnViewMP in Browser mode
2. open Compare tool

Issue A
3. resize app window
A/B separator will go offscreen

Issue B
3. click on any 3 thumbnails in toolbar below
sometimes, maybe depends on image dimentions
- view selector will jump to Normal, A/B become disabled
- left image does not update until A/B slider is moved OR focus switched from Compare dialog to any other window

I can confirm Issue A under Windows 10.

Issue B

Please check the height and width of the pictures you use.
If the sizes are different, a/b mode will be disabled.

yeah, the only problem - xnview loads new image into left (or right, depends on selection) part of A/B instead of swiching to Normal comparing mode

imho, there shall be advanved mode where you can load images of different sizes into A/B, but there shall be ability to:
- unlink them to reposition smaller image via combobox into ⠇⠇⠇or manually
- disable Best fit auto-zoom

A - still remain
B - fixed

C - when you are in A/B
- select any number of images except 2
radio button shall switch to normal and A/B became disabled
