Shortcut (keyboard) rotation on browser

Hello. From looking at the settings it looks like there was some sort of rotation support for shortcuts on the browser.:

However, the buttons under the browser window do work:

I tried all the combinations in the shortcut. None of them seem to rotate the thumbnail (and whole image) short of me having to actually click the rotate buttons, or opening the image and rotating it there through the shortcuts.

Am I missing something?

I've tried to add shortcut for example to cmd_rotate180, and it works correctly

We just tried the cmd_rotate90 no effect on browser via shortcuts. Same for cmd_lrotate90. Tried the cmd_rotate270, cmd_lrotate270 as well.

However the cmd_rotate 180 does work perfectly fine in Windows 11.

Is there anything I'm missing for the 90 degree rotations?

Thank you for your time!!

I have no issues with these rotation Shortcuts in Win11
it works as expected for JPEG

maybe you are trying to rotate unsupported files,
eg lrotate - lossless rotate, for JPEG only

I wonder if it just doens't work with Tifs? The shortcode for cmd_rotate180 and cmd_rotate90 work. But I can't get cmd_rotate270 to work.
