Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%


Settings - thumbnails - overlay icon
it's only possible to enable/disable Browser's thumbnail overlay icons

Suggestion

A
  • add custom positioning functionality
    - Top left/center/right
    - Center left/right (vertical direction only, see DxO)
    - Bottom left/center/right
  • add functionality to change icons Size
    - in %, easier, but quality will decrease due to interpolation OR
    - in pixels, and add more sizes
  • (optional) app Preset functionality
    to save/load custom layouts

B
same as A, plus
  • add Header and Footer
    this way the icons can be on a solid background and not block the image

The idea of ​​the spacing between the icons and above all their size is interesting.

The same options would be needed for full screen too!

"B" is a good idea, but with customizable background color.
I don't like the vertical "C" icons, but that depends on personal preference, monitor size, etc.
