XnViewMP 1.6.4 64bit
Windows11 (23H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Edit IPTC - date/time
improve UX of Create/Release date/time groups

Suggestion A

fix controls enable/disable logic
selecting 2nd option should not enable controls of 3rd one

Suggestion B

remove empty item from combobox
it may be used to blank current data in related field; however, 3rd option can do the same

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 1.6.5. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.
