v1.8.x AVIF decoding slower then 1.7.2

Question, on

In version 1.8.0, something bad when decoding AVIF became much slower. Especially noticeable on large files. Returned 1.7.2 - everything is as it should.
no diagnostics, only user messages "v1.8.1 - also"...

Try compare load time Xnview MP 1.8.1 x64 and GIMP 2.10.38 x64 - about the same time - from the moment the send Open command is recounted until the picture on the screen in both has passed about 4 seconds.

Compared. The first time after the launch of the XNVIEW MP, both 1.7.2 and 1.8.1 read it for a long time, if the file is closed and re -open, then at any next call the picture is drawn in a split second, and judging by the sound, at the first opening, there is an appeal to the HDD.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 1.8.2. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

Compared to 1.8.1, the opening time has sharply decreased. At the first opening, XnView MP 1.8.2 spends some time creating a sketch and its recording in the database, and then opens the file instantly. GIMP 2.10.38 even if it is already launched and performs the operation "Open - Close - Open the file" reads it noticeably longer. For verification, I used the same "example.avif".
