- move both folder options from middle of the list to the top
- position "Parent folder ('..')" first
- remove both checkboxes (OR leave single 'Visible' checkbox in unchecked disabled state)
since they are redundant, excluded files should simply disappear from the list
- remove Include group
How is this supposed to work without eg wildcards in Excluded group?
If it is just another group, like "All other files", it should be renamed, eg "Custom group 1"
