Suggestion

Folders

• move both folder options from middle of the list to the top

• position "Parent folder ('..')" first

Exclude

• remove both checkboxes (OR leave single 'Visible' checkbox in unchecked disabled state)
  since they are redundant, excluded files should simply disappear from the list

Include

• remove Include group
  How is this supposed to work without eg wildcards in Excluded group?
  If it is just another group, like "All other files", it should be renamed, eg "Custom group 1"
