- merge 2 commands
- Close tab [Ctrl+W] - RMB on tab
- Close - available in Shortcuts for Viewer only
into single 'Close tab' [Ctrl+W] command in Shortcuts for Viewer/Browser
- (optional) add "Close tab" to File menu in Viewer/Browser
- add commands to Shortcuts
- Close other tabs
- Previous tab [Ctrl+Shift+Tab]
- Next tab [Ctrl+Tab]

- rework 'Pressing ESC closes' settings
- add separate bindings functionality
- remove 'Pressing ESC closes' from Interface > Keyboard
- add multiple shortcuts to 'Close tab' command: Ctrl+W, Esc
