Visual artefacts when Esc fullscreen in startup

Hello! I use such setting: General-Startup-Start with file-Open: Viewer-Fullscreen
What really catches the eye is the very sloppy closing of a full-screen photo using the Esc button. There is a flashing of the current photo in different scales and only then closing. If you press not Esc but Alt+F4, then there is no such problem. Could you fix something in the algorithm for exiting this mode so that it closes quickly and cleanly? Or I would just ask to add a function so that in this mode the Esc button does the same as the Alt+F4 combination
Here is a sample video showing the problem.
