1.8.7 - settings - catalog - get thumbnail size issue

XnViewMP 1.8.7 64bit
Windows11 (24H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Settings - Catalog
'Get thumbnail size' doesn't get the correct width until Browser tab is open

To reproduce:
0. prerequisites
- change Thumbnail size in Browser from default 128x96 to anything else, eg 192x144
- close app
1. open any image in Viewer
2. goto Settings>Catalog
- press 'Get thumbnail size'
width and height will set to 96x96 instead of 192x144
(if Browser tab has been opened WxH will be set to 192x144)
