Browser - thumbnails
blinking (resize to thumb max size) on resizing via size slider, video
(issue first appeared in 1.6.5)

To reproduce:
0. clean app with default settings, win dpi scale 100% or 150%
1. open folder with test files in Browser
2. click on slider
3. press key ↑ or ↓
thumbnails will increase/decrease, but blink (resize to thumb max size) in the process
