Scroll speed very low in browser view

Since a while the mouse scroll speed in "browser view" set to "view as details" is very low probably because of this:

Filelist in Browser mode has 2 different scrolls:
- over filelist area
(affected by 'View scroll the content by thumbnail' in Thumbnail+ views)
- over scrollbars
(follow system settings)

By deactivating the setting "Scroll content by thumbnail" the scrolling behavior became normal again. Thank you.
