XnViewMP 1.8.6 64bit
Windows11 (24H2), display resolution 3840x2160, win scaling 150%

Settings - interface - mouse
'View scroll the content by thumbnail' setting changes:
- 'Lines scroll at a time' from 3 (system default) to 1 (affects only thumbnail views) AND
- enables 'Snap to grid'

there are few incontinences:
- naming is not clear enough
- thumbnails scroll by its full size, which is not handy when thumbnail size is big enough

Suggestion

A - clarify
  • move scrolling setting from Browser to Mouse tab
  • rename
    • View scroll the content by thumbnail →
      Scroll by one full thumbnail OR
      Scroll filelist by one full thumbnail cell (as scrolling via scrollbar has different settings)

B - add options
  • rework to radio buttons
    first 2 options are equal to existing checkbox
  • (optional) add combobox to 'Scroll per item'
    to customize number of items
