Change Exif data: 'Date taken'

Can XnView change the Exif data that is put on .jpg files that was taken with a Lodak camera??? i need to change the date taken!!
if not can you make it is? to change the date taken?

Currently you cannot modify EXIF data. Also I'm not quite sure whether it's technically possible and/or makes sense to change the EXIF date:
For all I know EXIF data is all technical data written by cameras.
For users there is the
IPTC data. Perhaps IPTC data is the right thing for you?
