saving multiple pages

I have an image file that is a fax with file format .dcx. This file contains multiple images in one file. What I want to do is save the image in another file format, ie. tiff. I can't figure out how to do this.

When the image is open within XnView and I click Save As I get a popup stating:

Code: Select all

Be careful, the original image consists of multiple pages, only the current page will be saved.

Do you want to continue and save current page, only? Ok / Cancel
This will only save one page, not what I want.

I tried from the context menu in Explorer and it does the same thing, only saves one page.

How do I get this to work?

Ok I got this working but I have a question. When I have a picture open and I click on Create multi-page file, it still asks for the source file. Why? Why would I need to select the source when its already open? Is there an option for this?

Yes, it would be better to open with current file. But i'll add a save mode for all pages of a file...

If I convert the file from the browser it has the file selected in the source. If I convert the file from the image viewer it does not have the file selected. Can this be changed in the future?
