If you choose "Write All" - then all picture will be modified and have the SAME date/time.
But I think it should work like a batch job and each IPTC- data/time fields should get his own value from EXIF values.

I support this. The actual behaviour isn't realy usefull (see this topic).
Should also work if set to file creation date or file modified date.
BTW: the labels in the popup menu should be renamed:
File Creation date -> File creation date/time
File Modified Date -> File modified date/time
EXIF Date taken (if exist) -> EXIF date/time taken (if available)
EXIF Date digitized (if exist) -> EXIF date/time digitized (if available)
Or would the strings be too long?
