Yes, then either trans encoding descript.ion as unicode or make it ansi read and write.
For old descript.ion, keep it as ansi is much better.

Command line -filelist can't load file list
It seems that XNView only load filelist without ", however, since windows can handle file with space, full file path sometimes will be " around. How about add support for " arond filelist?

Sort by Type don't work well and have been report as a bug. Since Type may have another use (Sort only picture ignore others?)

I had reinstall XnView and install XnView in different computer and try it
Sort by description works for files but not folder.
It seems that sort by description much like sort by name.
