AFAIK, XnView looks in the default Ghostscript directory (C:\Ghostscript\gs8.11\bin) for the relevant files under Windows. (I assume that you're running Windows, since you didn't say.) If you are, you could try adding the location of the gs dll to your PATH statement, or use a system variable to the ...
