When I increase (I twist a sprocket of a mouse) that the figure is not scaled also all lines turn out saw-tooth.

WMF scaling
Search for some reason does not work. The question - format WMF is not scaled. Where to correct or customise? ACDSee 5.0 same file scales perfectly.
