WMF scaling

Search for some reason does not work. The question - format WMF is not scaled. Where to correct or customise? ACDSee 5.0 same file scales perfectly. :(

Maybe this setting does what you're looking for:
  • Tools » Options... » General » Read/Write » Read
    • » WMF » Parameters » High resolution

I tried this setting. Has not helped. I will attach file WMF for tests. :)

:?: Isn't this what 05.07.2010.wmf is supposed to look like:
  • XnView v1.97.6 @ Windows 2000 SP4
    1280×960 screen resolution
    “High resolution” turned off

When I increase (I twist a sprocket of a mouse) that the figure is not scaled also all lines turn out saw-tooth.
