This is a really great suggestion and I support it 100%. I was lost in Xn's options for numerious times, and this looks just a lot more logical.
And the greatest thing is that there is nothing more simple than rearaging the menu for a developer, an can be done in a matter of minutes :)

I think this suggestion goes along this one : possibility to sort the file list (for both Browser & Viewer) directly from the viewer.

It's a welcome improvement (although a minor one) . What is right :)
Why not just add an optional toolbar button to make everybody happy? :)
Or an option, I don't ...

A small request: would it be possible to add the sorting button to the viewer too?
So that one would not need to go to the browser to change this option.

Here is the deal:
I use this option when using enter to switch modes:
Browser <> Fullscreen |Viewer <> Fullscreen.
I browse through images images at 100% view, and then press enter to view the image in full screen what resizes it to say 50% because of it size. All this is fine because I have set ...
