Re: Watermark under the image

I would like to ask watermark (in text only) under the image, with the dark background so it will not cover the image itself. The text will be outside, under the image. Could I do something like that with XnConvert please? If you wish to place text under the image, you will first need to use Add ac...

Re: 0.88: Batch-Convert - Guetzli JPEG not working

Never? Never. Tested with 17 KBytes JPEG (643x544 pixels). NO output is produced. It is working for you? I hadn't tried: the idea of smaller 24-bit image files with the same quality is attractive for scanning magazines or books, but if for those image dimensions there is little gain in file ...

Re: 0.88: Batch-Convert - Guetzli JPEG not working

Yeah, ok - thanks for the confirmation WRT time but the bug resides not so much in the time spent, even if, of course it is a problem. It is that NO output file is produced. Can someone confirm? Never? Could you test with smaller [progressively larger...] files to see how processing time sca...

Re: 0.88: Batch-Convert - Guetzli JPEG not working

The Guetzli JPEG Format needs much time (sometimes minutes or hours) for saving a big source file from a digital camera. I think you have a Canon DSLR or compact camera with RAW support. From what I recall, Guetzli was designed by Google primarily to compress web images which will normally be relat...

even if you change tolerance? Some tips: o It may be necessary to try quite, or even very large, tolerance values to obtain the best result that is achievable. o The autocrop functions that are readily available can often be defeated by [even a single?] dark pixel outside the desired image area: th...

In other cases where an action can be applied to a single image, or to multiple selected images, is ... image(s)... used? Sometimes: image(s) , file(s) , tab(s) , etc. ;-) At a very quick look, I don't have time for any more immediately, I don't see it used in any *menu* item (rather than in a mess...
