How are you scrolling?
In Tools > Settings... > Interface there are options to scroll using the mouse and/or keyboard.

In XnView MP Tools > Settings... > View > Filter -- Custom do you have AI/PDF/AI selected?
That would seem to be a prerequisite for viewing those formats, but possibly not sufficient... :wink:

In the XnView MP file browser there is Create > Multi-page file... which you could try, but be warned that large JPs can be quite slow to open.
