Thanks for reply. Yes, I tried several downloads with Firefox.
Right now, I was using the IE instead of Firefox for downloading. The Installation of the *.exe was successfully now! The Unpacking of the IE-downloaded ZIP was OK as well.

Installation (from fresh downloaded Xnview_win_full.exe Ver. 2.22) fails with error message about "libmcl-6.0.1.dll". Then I ignore skip the message, a second failure about "libmpg-2.4.0.dll" appears.
As can be seen in attached screenshot, there is something wrong in the installation-ZIP as ...
