I am new to this program and need help loading a new plugin that I purchased. It's filename is "DecWebster.8bf".
It is the Color Devaluation plugin from 4n6site.com .

I saw nothing in the drop down menus for loading a new plugin.
I copied the file to the C:\Program Files (x86)\XnView\PlugIns folder ...
