If skip is selected for when output files already exists in the options, there is no need to read original image in a batch job. Please check if target exists and pass to next source file without reading it. That will save lots of time and bandwidth of VPN and network. Thanks.

ok, one file is 32bits, and the other is 8bits+transparency...

So if original image is 8bits with transparency, does XnConvert provide any way to blend transparent color with white? Changing color depth to 32bits first, does not work.

If not please consider adding an action handling transparency ...

could you send me original examples with black & white background after conversion?
