Hi, thank you for XnConvert. It saves lots of time of mine.
I can do most of my conversions with XnConvert but occasionally I experience a problem with images that have transparent background. I use change color depth action and set to 24 bits to remove transparency but some pictures got white, some got black background. I am not sure why it is random. Is there a way to force white background always? It seems I cannot use replace color action, because it lacks alpha.
My OS is Win 7 64 bits and I use XnConvert 1.66.
Thank you.

Thank you for fast response. Here is two of them:xnview wrote:could you send me original examples with black & white background after conversion?

First has white second has black background. This album may be a clue for you: http://imgur.com/a/E0Gxb Please notice that first image has different 32 and 24 bits outputs, while second is all black.
Thank you.

Re: Replace transparent background to white
So if original image is 8bits with transparency, does XnConvert provide any way to blend transparent color with white? Changing color depth to 32bits first, does not work.xnview wrote:ok, one file is 32bits, and the other is 8bits+transparency...
If not please consider adding an action handling transparency, eg. blending with a solid color. Thanks.
