Well, I guess I found a way to disable video playback in the preview altogether.

Go to "File list > Custom filter" and uncheck the "Show in preview" box on the "Video" line.

There is still a bug to fix with the autoplay, but I guess if you, like me, use another software to read the videos, then ...

Since last update, my videos started to play automatically.
I checked the options, and everything is unchecked.
I also checked the .ini file, and everything is on "false".
