the 'windows file associations' is greyed? Only that one is clickable, reacting as a system informing that If you are change default application, go to "setting""system""default apps". But that way can be so awkward to be used and you can only find little file types in...

"After 'Save as' change filename" is indeed confusing as it didn't change the name at all.
In fact, it is indeed changing the path.
@xnview could you fix that on next release? According to @XnTriq it has been there for some time.

please check options>General>File operations Sir, you misunderstand me something: In options>General>File operations, what you get is simply using same location with the current one (folder A). What I mean is actually what happened after saving: In folder A, you open 001.jpg, and save it as 002.jpg...

STR: 1. open a folder, e.g. folder A, with more than one image (you can now use PgUp/PgDn to navigate to last/next file). 2. choose any one of them, double click to open it. 3. navigate to File→Save As, save it to another location, e.g. folder B. When I run Xnview 2.39 as admin right, I can't set file association on the option windows as all buttons greyed out.

If a zip/rar/7z file is with only images, when I open one of them directly in 7-zip,WinRaR,etc, file manage, I would like to press PgDn key to view next one directly. Also I would like to create a slideshow in this case.
