Can't set file association on Windows 10

When I run Xnview 2.39 as admin right, I can't set file association on the option windows as all buttons greyed out.

Have you installed XnView using the zip archive or the setup?

the 'windows file associations' is greyed?

Only that one is clickable, reacting as a system informing that If you are change default application, go to "setting""system""default apps". But that way can be so awkward to be used and you can only find little file types in control panel

starting vista, this is the only solution, but all file extension are not added by default
