Edit: It was not "spaces", it was ntfs file permission. I can't really figured it out, tried everything, icacls command etc., but end up just recreate a fresh path with the same path name like before

Thanks. rsvg-convert.exe copied in XnView Classic\Plugins folder.
(updated to latest XnView-win-full portable version today)
I noticed the cmd dialog very quickly open and show message like: "multiple SVG..." although I only open one .svg file

I tried to use rsvg-convert, mainly by following the article at https://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=34003
Today (Nov 2021), there is a newer version of the rsvg-convert version 2.40.20, so to compare:

It sounds to me like the .jpeg file extension is not associated with XnView.
