Companion files not being displayed (0.94)

With recent update to XnView MP(v0.94 Win 64bit), raw Companion files are not being displayed in the browser.

"Show companion files" is checked
The expected pp3 companion file is listed in settings "{raw} | pp3"
Files are not being filtered in browser.
It was working in previous versions.

I have selected labels "Filename", "EXIF:Model" & "EXIF Focal length" and these are all displayed under the thumbnails of existing files.

Overlay images to compare two images

It is often difficult to assess the difference between two images side-by-side e.g. to compare focus. If there was a button (when momentarily held) which overlayed image 2 onto image 1, then you could toggle the difference on and off.

Import from memory card by selecting thumbnails

Currently, you can filter import of images by date. Sometimes I don't recall the date/s the photos were taken or I wish to import a specific selection. In which case it would be useful to display thumbnails of all images on the memory card and choose which ones (or all) to import.
