XnView: MP 0.97.1 64bits
OS: Windows 64bit
To reproduce:
1. Go to Settings->Formats->Write->AVIF
2. Set Quantization for alpha to Min 16, Max 32
3. Observe AvifAlphaMin=16 and incorrectly AvifAlphaMax=16 being written to xnview.ini
4. Restart XnView
5. Observe the max value not being read correctly ...
