OS: Windows 11 Pro - 64bit
Opening the first image in a list in Full-Screen (F11) results in blank screen
Effect: Image is not displayed
To reproduce:
1. Open a folder / search for a file, returning multiple items (not sure about single item)
2. Select first image, hit F ...

OK. Fixed the keyboard tab, without adding the shortcut keys. It's definitely an improvement, though.

I am uncertain about the question and I am outdated, so please don't be offended about this answer.
In the olden days, they'd put shortcuts in most of them, i.e.
* F ilename, alt-f, would focus on the edit field next to file name
* F o lder, alt-o, would focus on the ...

I am having this problem with Windows 11 as well.
XNview version: 2.51.2
OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
Same behaviors as what the original poster said:
1) Double click .webp image from file explorer
2) XNView opens in browser mode in the default path (not the image)
