I tried how you type, but nothing changes, both lines remain as described (both lowercase and UPPER CASE).
Yet in this main folder it is written right, image01.jpg and there is only ONE file, while when I search with CATEGORY FILTER
image02.jpg

I just wanted to point out that in the windows version 0.99.7 64bits (Jan 13 2022)
as regards the files with the extension .m4v the thumbnail is seen but NOT the preview.
Looking up settings>File list>Custom filter>Video among the various extensions present
there is NO .M4V (except ...
