are you sure that image files disappear? The number of objects changes (in statusbar)? Do you use 'sort by>Name'?

Im pretty sure some of the images dissapear from the folder in XnView, but not from the windows explorer.
Looks like the problem is gone for now. I did not do anything actually, but ...

Chose 'all' filter and still missing some of the images.
