Set a large zoom or Fit image to window view.
Set interpolation for Zoom In other than None or Bilinear.

Changing shortcuts for 100% Zoom and Fit image to window in Viewer mode
When viewing images, I often change the zoom to either 100% or Fit image to window. So far I've been using AcdSee and FastStone , where the default setting is:
Key / for view 100%
Key * for Fit image to window
