1.8.1 - Artifacts when a small transparent image is displayed.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
  • View the attached image.
  • Set a large zoom or Fit image to window view.
  • Set interpolation for Zoom In other than None or Bilinear.

Another problem I see is that there is a thin white border around the transparent image, unlike a JPG for example. This is a bit confusing.
