I copied the ini file from another dual monitor machine that operates correctly...
It now works as expected and did previously.
Opens on whichever monitor it was closed on, and is resizable.
Lack of documentation is a problem...

It opens in Browser mode on Monitor 1 but all settings are lost. It does not create a new ini file in the program folder.
The issue is that it always opens in browser mode on monitor 2 and the window is not resizable or movable.

I renamed the .ini file. It then opens as a resizable window on monitor 1 (after a brief "startup settings" window is displayed). This suggests to me a problem in the ini file.
I can not find documentation on the ini file on the website.

XnView MP, current version. Win 11 Current version. nVidea GPU current Studio driver.
2 monitors -1 = 4k BenQ: 2 = 1080p LG.
In the past I could move XnView between monitors and Full screen opened on the other monitor.
Now it always opens "full size" (not full screen) on monitor 2 and cant be ...
