same case on windows 7 environment.

Hi, here it is. I guess it might be problem of windows xp, I will try it at home again and let you know the result.

The setting is "reduce", I tried different setting but the result is same and only happened on .tif image, .jpg is fine.
Below image (both zoom out to 56%) show the difference of rendering.

I found if I zoom out a tif image, the quality is quite bad as it doen't do the resampling.

yes, It is quite annoying for opening multiple images if "One instance of program only" box checked.

After I enter in fullscreen mode,exit to windows mode, the image can resize to 100% automatically. Picture still remain fullscreen size will scrollbar.Switch to next image ...
