But it looks like a bug in XnView. So maybe interesting for the developpers.

I have tested it now with other formats. Problems with folders appear with:
eps and wmf format.

When I chose multiple conversion ( Strg+U) I get the Dialog to choose the files. This works very fine with single eps ...
