[SOLVED] Thumbnails for .pse (PSEG3820) have bad quality

After setting Tools, Options, Thumbnails, Use high quality, and then refreshing all thumbnails with View, Rebuild thumbnails, the thumbnails look fine!

.pse (PSEG3820) Files Display Incorrectly (White Strip)

When displaying or converting .pse (PSEG3820) images, XnView incorrectly displays a small white strip at the bottom of each image where actual image data should be.

Thumbnails for .pse (PSEG3820) have bad quality

The thumbnails shown for 1-bit (black/white) dithered .pse (PSEG3820) images are of a very bad quality -- almost unrecognizable. The image preview shown below the list of thumbnails is fine.
