aaahhhhh. I understand now. The first textbox is "Include", as opposed to the second textbox, which is "Exclude".

Thanks for the reply. I ticked the "Display all image file types" box, and added "HED" to the second "Custom Files(*)" textbox field at the bottom of the "File List" tab, and ticked all four boxes above it ("Thumbnails", "Other", "Show as Thunbnails", "Show In Preview").
