Thanks a lot. The path is $HOME/.config/xnview.ini .
The strange thing is, that now it suddenly remembers its size. When I resize the Window, the timestamp of the xnview.ini file changes. I can't nor reproduce the previous behaviour of always getting the same size. I'm really puzzled....

Re: Feature Request: Remember window size after restart
There is no "Settings" menu. I have in the XnView menu, right under "About XnView", a menu entry "Preferences" (shortcut: AppleKey + ","), and under "Integration", it says "use .ini in folder User (System)". So it seems to use an INI-File, but what folder is it? There is of course no folder named ...

Re: Feature Request: Remember window size after restart
Yes. And I darkly believe that in the past, it did remember the size. Now it doesn't.
Where does it store the remembered size? In a P-List? In some INI-File?

Feature Request: Remember window size after restart
I'm running XnView MP 1.7.1 on MacOS 12.7.3
When I start XnView, the window is sized to occupy as much of the screen as possible (not "maximized"). I have to resize it to my liking every time.
It would be great if upon closing, XnView would remember the size it had last time, and reopen in that ...

Feature Request: Remember Resample Method
This is about XnView 1.4.5 running on MacOS 12.6.5:
When I do a Image/Resize, the Resize method defaults to "Lanczos". If I want to use a different one, I have to explicitly select it every time.
I suggest that either

Create Hot-Key for "Rotate".
It would be great to have in the MacOS version of XnView a hotkey for Picture Rotation.
If I remember right, this function was/is bound to Shift-O in the Windows version of XnView. This would be a suitable key combination on the Mac as well.

Can't capture Yahoo widgets
I'm using Yahoo Widgets (http://widgets.yahoo.com/) along with other applications (Outlook, Firefox etc.). When I take a screenshot of my whole desktop, the Yahoo widgets are NOT captured, although all the rest of my desktop, including the other applications, the status line etc., are.
