this is true standard for leading image viewers. acdsee, faststone image viewer, zone explorer, cam2pc, ulead...

open picture from windows explorer and you'll get fullscreen, double click and you're in browser. then double click again and you're in fullscreen, do that thing again and you're in ...

well... i've got old duron /1200/ so the loading time for larger pictures is about 2-3 seconds at high quality. it happens everytime i double click /i want browser/ before *any* picture fully loads. i've got "start view in fullscreen" option enabled. when i click on wrong picture from windows ...

got it. it seems to happen when you're impatient and try to double-click before the picture fully loads...

RC3: toolbar and status bar problem

my toolbar and status bar disappear randomly... /updated/ in relation to another problem - double-click to get from fullscreen (start view in fullscreen option enabled) to browser isn't working. the problem with toolbars comes after pressing escape (with double-click not working) and starting xnview ...

some of my pictures aren't displayed /both browser and viewer/. for example, i've got 18 jpg's (410x440, about 200kb each) in a directory and xnview behaves like there are just 7 pictures. when loading thumbnails, it shows them all, but then they disappear /all modes/. it's not random for some ...

Full screen file viewing photo-to-photo is instantaneous with ACDSee, but takes at least 1 second with XnView.
for me, this is the most annoying thing on xnview. i think that's also the reason for other users to switch back to acdsee (again:).
