Not all IPTC-Fields are relevant for our workflow. Is it possible to customize IPTC User Interface in the way to switch off fields?

Is there a way, that we can make batchprocessing based on a predifinied script (*.xbs) without useraction(batch processing window) via one button in a toolbar?

Save FTP in batch preference file
Hi, if I save a batch configuration with an FTP output option it is not saved in the preference-file, there always a folder in the filesystem comes up after loading the preferences file instead of FTP I choose before saving? How to save a FTP location in a preference file for a batch operation?
